Our auditing and assurance practice includes providing clients with compiled, reviewed or audited financial statements. Our audit practice specializes in working with nonprofit organizations, including those receiving federal grants, and retirement plans requiring audited financial statements. We also offer attestation engagements to clients with special needs, including agreed-upon procedures and Business Energy Tax Credit compliance engagements.

Contract Controller Services

For businesses that are not necessarily small but not large enough to justify the cost of hiring a controller, we can help. Our firm has experience working as the controller for medium-sized businesses and understands the needs of a growing business. We can assist with accounting needs during the developing phase of an organization’s lifecycle and then help the owners recruit and train a controller when the time is right.

Payroll

We prepare payroll for our regular business and non-profit clients, including quarterly and year-end filings.

QuickBooks Training and Consulting

We can help users of QuickBooks get the most out of his or her accounting software. We can assist with initial set up, provide personal training either at our office or your location and general assistance on an as needed basis.

Taxation

We prepare income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates and trusts, and nonprofit entities. We are also available for consultation on tax issues ranging from entity selection, transaction structuring, estimates and projections, and business acquisitions and sales.
